Role Description

We are seeking a UK-qualified Solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to join our expanding team. This is a remote, full-time opportunity ideally suited for candidates based in India or Pakistan.

The successful candidate will primarily provide independent legal advice (ILA) on personal guarantees, bridging loans, shareholder agreements, settlement agreements, and other high-volume matters. You will be responsible for delivering compliant, clear, and time-sensitive legal advice to individual and business clients, often supported by automated workflows and AI-enabled processes.

You will operate within the Spencer West legal infrastructure, and all regulatory and client care obligations will be fully supported by our central team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver independent legal advice (ILA) 40-50 calls per month remotely via video meetings (e.g. Google Meets) to clients
  • Prepare compliant ILA certificates in line with each lenders requirements
  • Verify ID and conduct KYC checks in line with SRA and AML obligations
  • Handle a high volume of routine advisory matters with efficiency and care
  • Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor regulated by the SRA (England & Wales)
  • High attention to detail and client management skills
  • High degree of organisations skills
  • Prior experience delivering ILA or transactional advice (desirable)
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Confidently speaking with clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage client expectations remotely
