We’re hiring a Recruiter who knows how to find exceptional talent and craft hiring journeys that are fast, focused, and aligned to business goals. This isn’t a post-and-pray role — you’ll actively map talent, engage deeply with candidates, and work closely with hiring managers to close roles that matter.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and / or business roles across multiple functions.
- Work with hiring managers to deeply understand the role, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profile.
- Source proactively using multiple channels : , Boolean search, referrals, internal database, events, etc.
- Craft smart outreach that actually gets replies — no cookie-cutter messages.
- Own candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer — ensuring clarity, speed, and professionalism throughout.
- Drive structured interview processes with timely follow-ups, feedback collection, and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain clean ATS records and hiring dashboards; report on funnel data and hiring progress regularly.
