Job descriptionShould understand current JIRA environment, custom plugins and integrations on the system. Should involve in Custom plugin and Scripts development to help in migration activity. Should involve in administering and supporting JIRA. Project migrations from one JIRA to another Come up with various test cases for migration execution and validations Validate the migration activity using scripts Automate any regular process where applicable Initial triage and troubleshooting of migration issues (Tier1 / Tier 2) Training Sessions and Documentation Follow agile Scrum Methodology Exposed to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile-Scrum application development Should coordinate with functional teams for the seamless project execution Should provide day-to-day project progress to management as requested Good to have experience on CodeBeamer application Experience in configuration and administration of bug tracking and project management tools like JIRA, CodeBeamer, Fisheye / Crucible, Confluence and Bamboo etc. and relevant experience Experience in application support and maintenance. Should have excellent analytical capabilities. Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and show willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements Being a customer facing role the candidate must have good communication skills (Written and Verbal)

- Job would include JIRA to JIRA project, issues and other configuration migration activities along with support in respective environments.
- The candidate would be responsible for the areas below mentioned during IST core business hours.
Key responsibilities include :
