Site Manager / Civil Engineer

Job Title : Civil Engineer cum Project Manager - NALCO Damanjodi Project

Location : NALCO, Damanjodi (Odisha)

Experience Required : 5-10 years preferred

Qualification : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil

Engineering

Job Role & Responsibilities

Project Management : Handle day-to-day civil activities on site including planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

Technical Execution : Supervise civil works (concrete, steel, finishing, foundations, roads, industrial structures

perwork & Coordination :

Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), RA bills, measurements, documentation.

Coordinate with NALCO officials, contractors, and client representatives.

Maintain quality records, safety documentation, and compliance paperwork.

Team Handling : Manage workforce, subcontractors, materials, and site resources efficiently.

Quality & Safety : Ensure work is as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms.

Problem Solving : Ability to handle site issues independently and maintain smooth progress.

Skills Needed

Strong knowledge of civil industrial projects.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Ability to handle both engineering supervision + paperwork.

Must be comfortable relocating / working at Damanjodi.
