Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and sell products / services, explaining features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily / weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Update and maintain CRM / database records.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance sales efforts.
