Role Overview :
We are looking for a bi-functional professional with a proven track record across Human Resources and Customer Success domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of HRMS systems , particularly payroll and compliance workflows, and excellent communication and coordination skills to manage client onboarding, support, retention, and satisfaction for our proprietary HRMS product – TankhaPay .
You will serve as a key link between the client and internal departments, ensuring seamless HRMS implementation, high client satisfaction, and long-term account retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Onboarding & Activation :
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of clients on the TankhaPay HRMS application .
- Set up and activate payroll and HRMS accounts for new clients.
- Conduct product walkthroughs and onboarding sessions tailored to each client’s HR needs.
- Training & Support :
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients on TankhaPay features, payroll cycles, compliance modules, and employee self-service tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and troubleshooting.
- Payroll & Compliance Management :
- Handle monthly payroll processing and statutory compliance for employees managed on TankhaPay.
- Ensure timely generation of payslips, salary reports, and statutory filings like EPF, ESIC, TDS, PT, etc.
- Customer Relationship & Retention :
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive retention and renewals .
- Regularly check-in with active clients to ensure satisfaction, usage consistency, and address any concerns.
- Work proactively to reduce churn and achieve account retention and revenue targets .
- Cross-functional Coordination :
- Collaborate with product, technical, HR, and compliance teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Share client feedback and insights to improve TankhaPay's features and user experience.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.3–6 years of combined experience in HR operations and customer / client success roles.Hands-on experience with HRMS / payroll software and knowledge of Indian labour compliance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable in delivering product demos and trainings.Ability to work across departments, manage multiple client accounts, and deliver high client satisfaction.Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis; CRM tools knowledge is an advantage.Preferred Skills :
Prior experience with SaaS / HR Tech platforms.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Exposure to client lifecycle management, onboarding to renewal.Ability to translate HR domain knowledge into client-centric solutions.Why Join Us :
