Job Title - Sr Automation Engineer

Experience – 5 to 10 Years

Job Type - Permanent

Location - Vadodara

Industry - Chemical / FMCG / Pharmaceutical / Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petro

JD :

Hands on experience of executing Automation projects for process plants - preferably in Batch / Packaging / CPG / F&B Manufacturing domains

Experience on Motion Control Applications

Experience on Special Purpose Machines or Packaging / Assembly line machines and machine connectivity

Desirable - Knowledge of plant Historians and reporting tools

Required - Rockwell / Siemens PLC hardware selection and programming knowledge

Knowledge of Engineering package for Process plant upgrade

Desirable - DCS / MES experience

Desirable - Knowledge of Instrument selection & Sizing and preparation of Control documents

Desirable - fair understanding of Low Voltage Electrical Systems

Ability to work independently

Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

Expereince in Industry 4.0

Process Automation work experience

cGMP, Clean Design, or S88 standard batch model

ISA S95 controls system architecture

Validation, IQ / OQ , startup

Rockwell Studio 5000, FT View SCADA, Industry 4.0, Batch process, process automation, Siemens S7, PCS 7, PLC HMI Programming
