💼 Position : Tech Lead📍 Location : Navi Mumbai (Vashi) – Work From Office📅 Notice Period : Up to 30 Days💰 CTC : ₹25 – 30 LPA🧑‍💻 Experience : 5–11 years⭐ What You’ll Do

• Lead design & development of applications using .NET Core, .NET Core API, and .NET
• Work hands-on with React.js, JavaScript, jQuery
• Build and manage databases using MongoDB
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new features
• Provide technical guidance & mentorship to junior developers
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug & upgrade existing systems
• Research and integrate new technologies for performance & scalability

🎓 Qualification

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
