Job descriptionChartered Accountant (CA) designation. Minimum 1+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial information clearly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. US GAAP and IFRS is Mandatory. Experience in auditing, financial analysis, or management accounting. Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and US GAAP.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to support decision-making for management.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.
