Experience : 1–3 Years in Automotive / Lubricants Sales
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and garages
- Generate leads and close B2B sales for engine oils and lubricants
- Conduct regular market visits for promotion and relationship building
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and timely collections
- Provide daily reporting and customer feedback to management
Requirements :
Proven experience in field sales (automotive or oil segment preferred)Two-wheeler and valid license mandatoryStrong negotiation and communication skillsSelf-driven and target-orientedSalary : Competitive with performance incentives
