Jr. Recruiter (Tech & IT)

We're Hiring | IT Recruiter – Schbang, Mumbai

Location : Mumbai (On-site)

Experience : 6 months – 1 year

Industry : Preferably from agencies or fast-paced tech environments

Availability : Immediate joiners preferred

What You'll Do :

• Source and screen profiles for IT, Tech, and Martech roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment : JD alignment, interviews, feedback, and closure
• Build talent pipelines using , job portals, and internal databases
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates

What We Need :

Strong understanding of IT & Tech roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA, etc.)

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination

Hands-on with sourcing, job boards, and Excel / Google Sheets

Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced hiring setup is a plus
