Job Title : Social Media Executive

Location : Hyderabad, On-Site

Work Days : Monday to Saturday ( Sunday fixed weekly off )

Timings : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

Type : 3 months probation + Full-time

Experience : 1-3 years as a Social media executive

About the Role

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our YouTube and Instagram channels that highlights the success, happenings at NxtWave. Your creative content will inspire and engage our community, increasing our reach and building a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

Create, upload, and organize video and visual content highlighting student success stories, happenings at NxtWave.
Ideate and execute strategies to increase followers, views, and reach on YouTube and Instagram.
Create relatable, fun memes that resonate with our student audience (a strong grasp of meme culture is essential).
Present learner journeys and NxtWave milestones, happenings using engaging formats such as reels, shorts, and stories.
Stay updated on platform trends and adjust content strategies to align with them
Work closely with video editors, designers, to support campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule using a content calendar.

Skills & Attributes

Strong ideas for videos, posts, and memes that connect with students.

Familiarity with trending formats, meme culture, and storytelling for Gen Z

Knows how YouTube and Instagram algorithms work to grow channels.

Can plan content calendars and keep track of posting schedules.

Ready to adjust content strategy based on feedback and trends.

Comfort in being on camera or hosting short-form content.
