Description :

  • We are seeking a strategic and result-driven Director of Business Development / Head of Sales (B2B) to

lead our corporate sales initiatives across India.

  • The role requires a strong background in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within BFSI, Fintech, or SaaS sectors, and the ability to drive business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management.
  • The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, a strong corporate network, and proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies within the Indian B2B technology landscape.
  • Key Develop and execute scalable B2B sales strategies focused on corporate and enterprise clients in

    India.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in BFSI, Fintech, and SaaS domains.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team to achieve growth
  • targets.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and
  • closure.

  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align sales campaigns, lead qualification, and
  • market positioning.

  • Drive predictable revenue growth through structured pipelines, effective forecasting, and strong
  • customer relationships.

  • Implement sales methodologies and best practices for consistent and measurable outcomes.
  • Track and report key metrics such as lead-to-conversion rate, pipeline growth, and deal closures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new
  • opportunities.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and networking events to strengthen the
  • brand presence.

    Key Requirements :

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably within IT Services, BFSI, Fintech,
  • or SaaS industries.

  • Strong understanding of global enterprise markets, with the ability to engage and build
  • relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across regions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
  • Ability to design and implement strategic business development initiatives that deliver measurable
  • results.

  • Experience in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (preferred)
