Role SummaryLead the complete design journey for HomeLane customers—from the first meeting to order booking and final design sign-off. Work closely with homeowners to understand their needs and deliver functional, aesthetic, and budget-friendly home designs.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet customers, understand requirements, and present design concepts.Create detailed designs, quotations, and production-ready drawings.Use Google SketchUp to deliver accurate layouts and 3D views.Ensure designs are feasible on-site with minimal installation challenges.Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously.Track sales reports, project TAT, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.RequirementsMinimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture .Mandatory residential project experience .Strong site knowledge and ability to design for practical execution.Customer-focused with a balance of function, aesthetics, and budget.Proficiency in Google SketchUp .Excellent communication skills— English required , local language preferred.
