Roles and Responsibilities

Understand and explain technical aspects of mechanical engineering products

Provide technical support and communication to customers

Work on application engineering and prepare offers / quotations

Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations to secure customer orders.

Work on the enquiry from a techno-commercial angle with support from the design team.

Identify potential clients through lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, or social media outreach.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong basics in Mechanical Engineering

0-2 years of experience in technical sales or application engineering in the mechanical industrial equipment / machinery industry.

Diploma in Mechanical.

Strong understanding of engineering services, sales engineering, sales strategy, revenue generation, and client handling skills.

Sociable, outgoing personality to build rapport with clients
