We are world leaders in control solutions for air conditioning, refrigeration and heating, as well as systems for humidification and adiabatic cooling. Our products guarantee high performance, are energy efficient and environmentally sustainable.

• with National sales manager together, Identify, establish and consolidate relationships with major customer of REF&Retail, in the markets
• Define and execute local business strategy in cooperation with HQ and identify strategic actions and deploy it.
• Effectively promote Carel solution and work by defined strategy.
• Be responsible, towards National sales manager of assigned accounts’ sales results.
• Be responsible to propose new initiatives to expand the market shares.
• Improve Carel Brand awareness, attending Exhibitions, Seminaries and Speeches.
• Cooperate with NSM and Regional Marketing Team to define medium and long term strategies.
• Collaborates with sales and engineering to develop product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
• Graduate in electronics
• 6-8 years of experience working with REF equipment companies in Sales Experience (OEM Cold Room, Cooling units, Electronic Control company working in Ref area etc)
• good in English and Marathi
