Role & responsibilities
Responsible for the learning and Development focused on delivering business results and growth. This involves following processes and initiatives -
- Design and deliver various training workshops on topics related to soft skills and behaviour
- Project management- coordinating with external learning partners for course content design, commercials, inviting course nominations, sending course invites etc.
- Stakeholder management- coordinate for ensuring nominations for various training programs
- Training data management on the Learning Management System for reporting and regulatory purposes
- Conceptualise and work with SMEs to develop bespoke Development Journeys for identified employee group
- Designing training collaterals like flyers, invite mails etc.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System
- Ensure 100% accuracy of the learning data for the organisation
- Furnish training data for various audits (internal & external)
- Measure ROI of all trainings conducted
Educational Qualification : MBA in HR
Experience : 3-6 years experience in Learning and development
Knowledge and Skills :
Confident individual with good front ending abilitiesExcellent written communication skills & strong listening skillsProficient in MS Office (Excel skills are a must)Behavioural Attributes :
Collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and accomplishing multiple tasksHigh attention to detail highly organized with excellent follow-through and delivery and able to work with systems, processes, people and other organisational realities
