Position Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive US IT Recruiter / Ceipal Coordinator with 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing recruiting operations through Ceipal ATS . The role requires close coordination with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure all job postings are promptly updated, tracked, and closed accurately, maintaining end-to-end visibility in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively post new jobs on Ceipal as soon as requirements are received from BDMs.
- Monitor and ensure that BDMs are providing timely updates, feedback, and closure details for each requirement.
- Track the complete job lifecycle from posting to closure within Ceipal, maintaining accountability and completeness.
- Maintain and update all relevant job details and candidate data across Ceipal, company website, and shared drives .
- Support recruiters as needed by providing accurate job information, updates, and documentation.
- Generate and share regular activity or status reports to ensure recruitment data integrity.
Required Skills & Experience :
1–2 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruiting .Strong practical knowledge of Ceipal ATS (end-to-end usage).Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup .Flexibility to work during US business hours (EST time zone) .Why Join Us :
