Quality Control Engineer

Position :

Asst Manager / Deputy Manager – Quality Required Qualification & Certification :

B.Tech / BE-Mechanical Engineering Experience :

5+ Years of industrial experience (should have worked in a EPC industry)

Behavioral Competencies : Good Communication & Interpersonal skills Excellent Coordination skills. Self-starter and self-motivated. Adaptable, flexible, and Agile for quick learning. Ability to work well in a team.

Technical Skills Hands-on MS Office. Should be NDT Level II Certified Knowledge about Product Quality and Control

Roles and Responsibilities

Overall responsibilities include

Project Monitoring

and controls, site supervision, HSE & Quality controls, Project specific engineering controls etc Conducted site visits to assess Project progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards as per the requirements. Reviewing progress time to time and analysing gaps between the planned v / s actual progress, highlighting the areas that need attention & preparing reports accordingly. Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved Plan. Checking the quality on each front of the project and expediting the implementation of Project Quality Plan at Site. Ensure that safety regulations, Quality standards and relative standards & practices met with the project requirements. Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan and preparing reports for the Management. Highlighting the risk involved in the project to the management and resolving the same as per approved schedule as advised. Produced detailed progress reports and presentations to the management, effectively communicating project status, challenges, and opportunities.
