About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Automation Led to drive the execution of automation initiatives across business units. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of automation projects using platforms like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a passion for process improvement through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
• Manage and mentor a team of RPA developers and analysts.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define project scope.
• Design and review automation workflows to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Ensure adherence to automation governance, coding standards, and best practices.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex automation issues.
• Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer across teams.
• Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
