Title : Power BI Developer

Compensation : 18 Lahks per annum (paid hourly)

Must-Have Skills

4+ years in business intelligence and release planning

Proven leadership in BI design and development across teams

Strong Power BI analytics, data visualization, and integration

Proficient in DAX and SQL (including performance tuning)

Power Query (M) and Power BI Service environment

Azure Analysis ServiceS

Azure Databricks

Power BI Embedded

Paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder

Gateway configuration and management

Data table design, stored procedures, indexing, optimization

Agile methodology and SDLC understanding

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)

As a Power BI Developer , your primary responsibility is to deliver impactful dashboards and reports to support the Service Management teams across various organizational metrics (e.g., Financial, ITSM). You will transform raw data into meaningful business insights through cohesive and visually engaging reports.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.

Support data collection and automation using Microsoft tools.
