Responsibilities :
Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
Develop SLAs, Notifications, and Reports for ITSM processes.
Automate ITSM workflows using Flow Designer and scripting.
Support production issues and continuous enhancements.
Hands on experience on Inbound actions client scripts, UI Policies, Business rules, UI actions, Import sets, Transform Maps, Notifications, script Includes
Proficient with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management)
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service lifecycle
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Requirements :
6+ years ITSM development.
Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
CSA + ITSM Implementation Specialist preferred.
