Key Responsibility
Internal group coordination.
- Optimize second-level tasks.
- Manage Back Office tasks for the English market.
- Use of GDS (Amadeus and Sabre) and other internal tools.
- Administrate Pre-travel claims.
- Work to tight deadlines.
Essential :
Having 4-5 yrs of work experience in the Travel industry.
Fluent in English (multilingualism is a plus).Having 2-3 yrs of high knowledge experience in GDS (Amadeus and Sabre). Clear handling ofreservations including changes, cancellations, refunds, issue tickets, reissues tickets and adding flight extras.
Tests will be done.
Proven work experience in travel agencies.
Knowledge of basic computer tools.Availability from Monday to Sunday and in Indian holidays (rotating shifts).Abilities / Qualities :

Good communication skills.Proactive team player with the ability to work in a team.Positive attitude.Self-motivated person with initiative.Problem solverAbility to work under pressure.Please note - We work 6 days a week (Mon - Sun), rotational shifts - 24 / 7.
