Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of comprehensive experience in designing and delivering robust, scalable, and secure enterprise-level solutions. This role is critical for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, driving architectural strategy, and ensuring that our technology solutions effectively support and advance our organizational goals. You will provide technical leadership, influence key decisions, and guide the successful execution of complex projects across various domains.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive enterprise solutions that align with business strategies, architectural principles, and technology standards.
• Translate complex business requirements and strategic objectives into clear, actionable technical architectures and solution designs.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to design principles, scalability, performance, and security best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to address specific business needs and technical challenges.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, data flows, and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders including business leaders, product managers, project managers, engineering teams, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle, proposing effective solutions and contingency plans.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive the adoption of architectural best practices, design patterns, and enterprise standards.
• Assess existing systems and propose modernization strategies to improve efficiency, reduce technical debt, and enhance capabilities.
• Participate in vendor evaluations and selection processes, assessing technical fit and long-term viability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform architectural decisions.
