About the role
Renson seeks a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Architect Advisor with a strong commercial background to support our long-term growth in India. In this role, you will help build and grow relationships with architects, consultants, and other specifiers, identifying new opportunities, promoting Renson’s wide range of high-end solutions, and helping integrate our products into cutting-edge building projects across the region. You will sell products through visions, ideas and experiences.
Key responsibilities
Business Development & Market Intelligence
- Track market trends and construction projects to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on competitor activity (product launches, pricing, marketing, etc.).
- Evaluate and improve customer / specifier performance in collaboration with internal teams.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, consultants, and decision-makers.Act as a trusted partner to guide clients from concept to specification, integrating Renson’s unique value propositions into projects.Collaborate with local market developers and marketing teams to deliver impactful presentations and seminars.Sales & Specification
Promote and specify Renson products based on project needs and client requirements.Ensure proper follow-up and support of all active projects in the pipeline.Negotiate pricing and discounts in line with the company strategy.Brand Ambassadorship
Represent Renson at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.Embody and promote Renson’s mission : Creating Healthy Spaces .Your profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in a role within architecture, design, or construction.Degree in architecture and / or engineeringStrong background in architecture or architectural design; ability to read technical drawings and understand how products integrate into buildings.Familiarity with CAD and architectural software (basic level is sufficient).Fluent in English and the local prevailing languageWilling and able to travel freely across India.Professional appearance with a passion for networking and relationship-building.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Resilient, self-driven, and strategic in your approach.Comfortable managing complex product information – Renson offers a broad and innovative product portfolio, and you’ll be supported with training and guidance.What we offer
