We are seeking dedicated and skilled Senior Revenue Accounting Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our subscription and usage billing operations.

Position Overview

The Senior Revenue Accounting Specialist plays an integral role within the Billing Operations team, overseeing the day-to-day management and execution of subscription and usage-based billing processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, advanced operational knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in revenue accounting and billing operations and demonstrate the ability to lead process improvements while collaborating effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations : Execute day-to-day subscription and usage billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all billing processes.
• Data Analysis : Perform regular analysis of billing data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Process Management : Maintain and enhance billing systems and processes to support efficient and accurate billing operations.
• Customer Support : Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other Billing Operations team members, as well as other departments, to ensure seamless billing operations and continuous process enhancements.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to revenue recognition policies and procedures, maintaining detailed records and documentation.
