Working Model : Onsite

Location : Mumbai

Days : Monday - Friday

Timings : 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 30 PM

Budget : 10-15 LPA (depending on experience)

Experience : 4-7 years

About the Role : We're looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on ownership - from identifying prospects to closing deals. You'll work at the intersection of design, strategy, and sales to forge meaningful partnerships across tech, consulting, and digital-first businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

  • Proactively drive outreach via cold connects, networking & referrals
  • Conduct market mapping to target high-potential accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline

Sales Execution

  • Manage the full sales cycle : prospect → pitch → negotiate → close
  • Craft proposals, decks, and pricing strategies tailored to client needs
  • Respond to RFPs / RFQs with a consultative lens
  • Consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Client Partnerships

  • Build trust with CXOs and key decision-makers
  • Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and drive account growth
  • Position design and product innovation as business levers
  • Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, strategy, and delivery teams for smooth handovers
  • Share market insights to evolve our positioning and offerings
  • What You’ll Bring

  • 4–7 years in B2B sales (preferably SaaS, UX / design, IT, or consulting)
  • Proven success in lead generation and deal closures
  • Excellent communication, storytelling & negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRMs and reporting
  • Strong grasp of UX / UI, product strategy, or innovation services
  • Bonus : Experience with design studios or domains like BFSI, fintech, D2C
