• ALLPLAN is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our User Experience team as we are doubling down on modern, user-centric solutions. Your research will be the compass guiding our next generation of products. • Lead end-to-end UX research activities for strategic projects, including product retirement and new workflow development.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to define research goals, select appropriate methods, and translate findings into clear, prioritized recommendations.
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research (e.G. user interviews, usability tests, surveys, analytics, workshops).
• Synthesize complex findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders, from leadership to development teams.
• Champion a culture of continuous discovery—identify research opportunities, proactively surface user needs, and advocate for evidence-based decision-making.
• Support the integration of research into agile, MVP-first product development cycles.
• Mentor and coach team members (Product & Development) in research best practices.
• Monitoring trends in UX research and evaluating new methods for integration into our processes
