Minimum 15-18 years in MICE, Corporate Sales, or Event Management About the Role We're looking for a dynamic leader to

build and scale our MICE vertical from the ground up . This is not just a sales role — it’s a business-building opportunity for someone who understands the power of experiences in driving engagement, loyalty, and growth. As the Sales Head for MICE, you will define the strategy, lead the team, front-end high-value client relationships, and take complete ownership of revenue targets and execution excellence. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Strategy Establish the MICE vertical with a clear growth roadmap Define and execute BD strategies to drive top-line revenue Lead end-to-end sales efforts from lead generation to deal closure Anchor key accounts and build strong client relationships Client Management & Delivery Oversight Understand client requirements, event objectives, and budget dynamics Collaborate with internal teams for seamless event execution Act as the liaison between clients, operations, and creative teams Ensure timely and high-quality servicing of all inquiries and deliverables Team Leadership Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales and client servicing team Set clear goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability across the team Operations & Vendor Management Maintain a robust database of hotels, DMCs, tech partners, and experience vendors Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve offerings Who You Are A proven sales professional with at least 15-18 years of experience in MICE or event-driven businesses Someone with a deep understanding of corporate sales cycles, experience marketing, and customer journeys A strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a flair for relationship-building A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments Why Join Us Opportunity to lead and own a high-impact business vertical Work with one of the most awarded names in experiential travel and events Flat structure, high autonomy, and strong growth potential Exposure to marquee clients and industry-leading projects across India and beyond Interested candidates may write to anuradha@purplesquirrelconsulting.co.in Join us in redefining how businesses meet, engage, and celebrate.
