Our client, a top resort in New Zealand, is in search of an experienced and dependable Breakfast Cook to become part of their team. The role primarily involves overseeing the preparation and serving of breakfast items, ensuring top-notch food quality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparing and cooking breakfast items according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Setting up and organizing the kitchen for breakfast service.
• Upholding food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
• Ensuring food safety and cleanliness throughout the service.
• Assisting with kitchen clean-up and preparing for the next day.

3+ years of experience as a Breakfast Cook (hotel / resort experience preferred). Strong knowledge of breakfast culinary techniques and food safety. Experience in Europe, the Middle East and Singapore resorts / hotels preferred.
