Role Description

We are seeking an experienced App Developer + Web Developer to lead end-to-end development across mobile and web platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of independent execution, managing small development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance mobile applications for Android & iOS using modern frameworks.
• Plan architecture, UI / UX workflows, and scalable backend integrations.
• Translate business and product requirements into clean, maintainable code.
• Develop and maintain responsive web platforms and internal dashboards.
• Implement new features, authentication flows, admin systems, and UI components.
• Build and optimize APIs, backend logic, and database structures.
• Integrate third-party systems such as payment gateways, SMS / Email providers, and notification systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams for smooth execution.
• Guide junior developers or interns and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Manage deployment of apps to respective stores and web hosting platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and version control logs.
• Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with data security standards.
• Work with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean) for hosting, scaling, and monitoring.
