About the Role :
Canberra Health Services is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Project Officer to lead the local rollout of the PREDICT (Prevention & Early Delirium Identification Carer Toolkit) initiative. In this exciting role, you’ll champion person-centred delirium care, coordinate implementation across hospital sites, collect valuable project data, and support the evaluation of this innovative intervention. Your work will be key to embedding effective, compassionate delirium prevention strategies into everyday clinical practice—making a genuine impact on patients, carers, and the healthcare system.
