We are seeking an experienced GTM & Consulting Leader to drive the global expansion of our Work Management practice. This role blends consulting delivery, framework creation, and go-to-market leadership — defining how enterprises plan, collaborate, and execute work. You will develop consulting frameworks, lead client engagements, and partner with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to translate business needs into actionable strategies and scalable solutions.

You will also lead the go-to-market strategy — identifying target markets, refining positioning, creating enablement playbooks, and building partnerships that accelerate growth. Through your thought leadership and client-facing engagements, you’ll position Altudo as a trusted transformation partner and a leading name in SaaS Work Management and AI-driven productivity solutions.

What you will do

As the GTM & Consulting Leader, you will define frameworks, shape market strategy, and lead consulting engagements that strengthen Altudo’s positioning in the Work Management and AI-enabled productivity solutions space. This is a hybrid role combining consulting delivery and GTM leadership, working closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to translate business challenges into scalable solutions and revenue growth.

Lead consulting engagements : Partner with enterprise clients to assess current work management maturity, define transformation roadmaps, and recommend best-fit solutions across platforms.

Define frameworks and methodologies : Develop repeatable delivery and advisory frameworks that bridge business needs with Altudo’s productized services, ensuring consistent, value-driven client outcomes.

Craft and own GTM strategy : Define ICPs, market segments, pricing, and value propositions for Altudo’s SaaS and consulting offerings.

Enable and scale execution : Build playbooks, collateral, and competitive positioning tools to equip Sales and Solution teams for high-impact customer conversations.

Collaborate across functions : Work with Product and Delivery to align feature roadmaps and solution messaging with client outcomes and industry trends.

Represent Altudo externally : Drive brand visibility through thought leadership, participation in industry forums, and publication of insights that position Altudo as a transformation partner in the work management ecosystem.

Deliver measurable business impact : Track metrics such as pipeline health, ARR growth, client adoption, and engagement success to ensure strategic and operational excellence.

Who You Are

You are a strategic consultant and GTM leader who can bridge business transformation, delivery consulting, and market strategy. You thrive in connecting frameworks to execution — defining how work should happen and then taking it to market at scale.

Background in Management Consulting, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Transformation, with the ability to design and operationalize frameworks for work management maturity.

Experience leading client consulting engagements and partnering with delivery teams to translate strategy into measurable business impact.

Exposure to Work Management and AI productivity platforms (Asana, Monday.Com, Jira, Smartsheet, Wrike, etc.) and related ecosystems.

Strong storytelling, communication, and value-articulation skills — able to simplify complexity and influence C-suite decision-makers.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from zero to one — converting whitespace opportunities into scalable growth and client success.
