Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IoT Support Engineer / Technician, based onsite at a Refinery site in Kochi, Kerala. The IoT Support Engineer / Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues with IoT devices, maintaining and updating operating systems, and offering customer support. The role also involves resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of IoT systems, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in installation and troubleshooting of IOT Devices Prior experience of working in a refinery is a plus Installation of IOT Devices such as GPS Gateways, Sensors and BLE Beacons and Readers Troubleshooting during installation of IOT Devices Software Configuration Day to Day Management of Onsite Operations for issuance of Tags Should be based in Kochi. Need to work onsite at a Refinery site in Kochi for day to day operations. Immediate Joiner Preferred
