Salesforce Delivery lead
Hybrid role- Noida
Permanent role with client
Immediate availability or max 15 days' notice
- 15+ years of IT delivery experience, with at least 8+ years in Salesforce program management / delivery leadership .
- Proven track record of managing Salesforce implementations across multiple business units and geographies.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce AI features (Einstein, Agent Assist, Agentforce) .
- Experience in MuleSoft integration oversight and managing enterprise API ecosystems.
- Hands-on knowledge of IVR and Salesforce integration (CTI, telephony, omnichannel).
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-million-dollar Salesforce transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
Agile and hybrid delivery model experience (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps
