Summary

PCS Platform is building NextGen IOMT Platform. As a Staff Software Engineer DevOps for PCS (Patient Care Solutions) Platform, you will be accountable & responsible for driving business and enabler features for the platform programs.

The Staff Software Engineer DevOps is a critical and highly visible role within PCS Platform teams. This role is responsible for helping in defining & executing DevOps strategy / culture for PCS Platform teams.

Responsibilities :

In this role, you will :

• Demonstrate the understanding of Agile software development lifecycle / XP practices.
• Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing, and monitoring of infrastructure and applications.
• Develop, enable and enhance the test infrastructure and continuous integration framework used across teams.
• Determine best practices and principles and promote them across the team.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge in developing and executing automated builds and scripts.
• Continuously learn new build and releases techniques and methodologies and train the team in the same.
• Work with developers and stakeholders to deliver quality software through the build and deployment system.
• Use industry best practices to improve Build, Release and Continuous Integration processes.
• Execute in a fast-paced delivery mode and focus on delivering tasks to meet the product release goal.
• Seek and provide feedback on design and development.
• Demonstrate the ability to make informed technology choices after due diligence and impact assessment.
• Articulate the need for scalability and understand the importance of improving quality through testing.
• Manage key deliverables and mentor junior team members.
