Node.js Developer Intern – Remote | Performance-Based Internship

Company : BodyTolk.shop

Location : Remote (Work from Home)

Type : Performance-Based Internship

Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Bonus : Up to ₹30,000 on successful completion

Duration : 3 to 6 Months (based on performance)

About the Internship

BodyTolk.shop is shaking up the adult wellness eCommerce space — fast. We’re building a secure, scalable backend to power high-traffic product pages, personalized experiences, and a frictionless checkout system.

As a Node.js Developer Intern , you’ll join our core dev team and work hands-on with backend logic, database handling, API development, and system integration. No fake tasks or shadow work — you’ll be pushing real features to a live platform.

What You'll Work On :

Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js + Express
Work with MySQL to manage relational data and optimize performance
Integrate frontend (React) with backend endpoints
Develop secure and scalable modules for payments, order management, and user sessions
Write clean, modular, and testable backend code
Optimize performance and handle real-time API issues in production environments
Collaborate with frontend, product, and devops team to ship features fast

You’re a Fit If You :

Have hands-on experience with Node.js + Express.js

Know how to structure backend architecture using MVC, service layers, or clean code principles

Are familiar with MySQL or any relational database (bonus if you’ve written complex joins or stored procs)

Understand API status codes, middleware, and basic auth / token validation

Know version control basics (Git / GitHub)

Bonus : experience with JWT, file uploads, Stripe / PayPal integration, or AWS
