Process Improvement & Workflow Design : Demonstrate a strong understanding of how to create workflows and expertly identify areas for process improvements and optimization within customer support operations and other business functions.
Documentation & Specification : Create clear, concise, and detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), user stories, and comprehensive process maps. Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Quality Assurance, with a proven track record of successful project contributions.
A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in eliciting requirements, conducting testing, and expert proficiency in BRD / FRD creation and development.
Strong data analysis skills :
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and charts.
Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Basic proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation to extract insights.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Ability to grasp fundamental IT concepts such as APIs, database structures, system integrations, and cloud environments to effectively communicate with technical teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent technical writing skills.
