Job Description
Responsibilities
- Executive assistant will be responsible for the coordination of calendars of senior management, scheduling meetings, and acting as a liaison between management and employees.
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with staff and visitors
- Provide personalized executive and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
- Maintaining the current filing and database system and looking for ways to improve current systems.
- Organizing meetings and appointments through digital modes (zoom / google / skype / MS Teams) or face-to-face.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and distribute all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Provide general support to visitors.
Requirements
Proven experience as executive assistant or similar administrative roleCandidate should be graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 5-7 years of experience.Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsProficiency in MS Office.
