Position Overview
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying growth opportunities with existing clients for Cross selling & upselling, pilot’s implementation success and ensuring client success. You will own the entire opportunity management cycle – from discovery to closing – while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Business Growth
- Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase account value.
- Managing relationships with each client and being involved in all aspects of client-customer synchronization.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities within existing clients from Discovery to closing including proposals and negotiations.
- Execute the whole pilot implementation process and make every pilot successful to maintain 100% success rate .
- Build and execute account plans , outlining growth strategies, potential threats, and revenue targets.
- Manage to drive revenue growth through consultative selling strategies.
- Track and optimize sales performance against revenue and quota targets.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and solutions teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Provide insights from client interactions to enhance company’s AI-powered underwriting solutions .
Minimum Requirements
4 to 5 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or account management .Strong background in engineering services sales, SaaS, or AI-driven business solutions .Proven track record in closing deals, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding revenue targets .Hands-on experience in proposal creation, cross-functional collaboration, and executive presentations .Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills .Experience working with US clients and global delivery models .Ability to work independently and build long-term client trust .Why Join Us?
