Role Purpose : The Technical Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading sales and driving business development for our innovative product range, and absorbent systems. This position requires a strategic focus on enhancing global sales, with a particular emphasis on technical aspects. Additionally, the incumbent will serve as the global product manager for the category, ensuring comprehensive support for sales initiatives worldwide
Key Responsibility :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for emulsifier products
- Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities to expand market presence.
- Provide technical expertise to clients, addressing their unique requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product positioning and messaging.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Interactions :
Internal : Collaborate closely with the internal sales team, reporting directly to the leadership. Engage with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
External : Interact with clients to understand their technical needs, build relationships, and provide pre-and post-sales support & Engage with industry professionals and partners to explore collaboration opportunities.

Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Technology).Skills :
