Job descriptionCollaborate closely with customers to understand their energy goals, operational constraints, and budgetary considerations. Develop comprehensive solar system designs and proposals that address the customer's specific needs. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process, ensuring the proposed solutions are practical, efficient, and cost-effective. Conduct on-site visits within the state of Goa to understand the customer's environment and requirements. Deliver engaging and informative presentations to showcase the benefits and value proposition of our solar solutions. Tailor your communication style to effectively convince and persuade prospective customers. Respond to customer queries and address any concerns or objections during the sales process. Collaborate with the design, marketing, operations, and accounts teams to ensure seamless project execution. Provide technical inputs and support (if needed) during the design. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering 1–4 years of experience in technical sales (solar industry experience is a plus) Freshers with strong technical aptitude and interest in renewable energy are welcome Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify technical concepts for customers Willingness to travel independently for site visits and client meetings.
