Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor, located in Patiala. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing personalized education counseling to students aiming to study abroad. Day-to-day tasks include assessing students' educational background, preferences, and goals; recommending suitable programs and institutions; facilitating the admission and visa application process; and offering support throughout the entire process. The Counsellor will also conduct seminars and workshops to promote study abroad opportunities and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in education counseling and support services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the study abroad consultancy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
