Job Summary :
Airtel Business is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage critical digital initiatives across three core verticals : Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website. This role demands a strong blend of project management skills, digital marketing expertise, stakeholder coordination, and execution focus to help drive Airtel Business’ digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Organic traffic & Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :
- Drive organic visits & leads across all products & segments for Airtel Business
- Lead the SEO strategy and execution for Airtel Business’ digital presence.
- Analyze organic performance and define key metrics for improving rankings and increasing organic traffic.
- Work with Product marketing and SEO agency to define the correct keyword base for focused products and work towards achieving the maximum share of that SV.
- Collaborate with the SEO agency to identify and implement on-page and off-page optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and business stakeholders to implement SEO recommendations effectively.
- Monitor keyword search volume (SV) and work with the agency to enhance it, driving organic growth.
- Manage the on-page blogs and off-page articles charter for boosting domain authority and capturing search volume for focused keywords.
2. Custodian for Airtel Business website
Identify areas for improvement and enhancement on the Airtel Business website, aligned with business needs.Take ownership of new digital initiatives and website transformation projects across B2B services.Build and manage detailed project plans, form cross-functional teams (CFTs), and ensure on-time delivery.Drive execution by liaising with design, engineering, and product teams to implement solutions addressing business challenges.Coordinate with the SCM team for procurement tasks (PR / PO, RFQ, invoicing) linked to website projects and associated vendors.3. Sales Enablement Platform (Seismic) :
Act as the platform owner for the Seismic sales enablement tool in collaboration with Sales Operations.Ensure that the platform’s content repository is updated, accurate, and aligned with the latest sales collateral.Work closely with the Seismic platform team for technical enhancements, user management, and customization.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.5 years+ of experience in digital marketing, website management, or digital project management.Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and performance analytics.Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies / vendors.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a detail-oriented mindset.Experience working with sales enablement platforms like Seismic is a strong plus.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
