- Minimum 8-12 years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst, with a focus on EWM and Logistics processes
- Strong understanding of SAP EWM and MM modules, including warehouse management, transportation management, yard management, procurement, inventory management, and quality management
- Proficient in translating business requirements into detailed EWM and MM design specifications and configurations
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and recommend innovative solutions
- Effective communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA and its impact on logistics and warehouse operations
- Experience in managing and mentoring functional leads
- Strong understanding of the company's long-term strategic goals and the ability to align solutions accordingly
- Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM and MM solutions
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering EWM and Logistics-focused projects using agile methodologies
- Experience in integrating EWM with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and TM, to streamline end-to-end logistics processes
- Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies, such as warehouse management systems, material handling equipment, and IoT devices
- Exposure to industry-specific best practices and trends in logistics and warehouse management
- Experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and creating comprehensive design documents
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
