• Minimum 8-12 years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst, with a focus on EWM and Logistics processes
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM and MM modules, including warehouse management, transportation management, yard management, procurement, inventory management, and quality management
• Proficient in translating business requirements into detailed EWM and MM design specifications and configurations
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and recommend innovative solutions
• Effective communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA and its impact on logistics and warehouse operations
• Experience in managing and mentoring functional leads
• Strong understanding of the company's long-term strategic goals and the ability to align solutions accordingly
• Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM and MM solutions
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering EWM and Logistics-focused projects using agile methodologies
• Experience in integrating EWM with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and TM, to streamline end-to-end logistics processes
• Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies, such as warehouse management systems, material handling equipment, and IoT devices
• Exposure to industry-specific best practices and trends in logistics and warehouse management
• Experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and creating comprehensive design documents
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
