Job Description :

Key responsibilities include :

1. Advanced AI Research :

  • Conduct pioneering research in AI, focusing on areas such as Generative AI, ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and other emerging AI fields.
  • Explore novel AI algorithms, models, and techniques to push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
  • Develop theoretical foundations for new AI technologies and validate them through experimentation and prototyping.

2. Innovation and Thought Leadership :

  • Lead research initiatives aimed at discovering new AI methodologies and applications that can provide a competitive edge.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals, contributing to the global AI research community.
  • Represent AI Foundry at industry conferences, workshops, and seminars, sharing insights and innovations with the broader AI community.

    • 3. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Research :

  • Collaborate with other researchers, data scientists, AI engineers, and domain experts to apply research findings to practical business solutions.
  • Work closely with firms to understand their challenges & research needs and develop AI solutions that address these requirements.
  • Engage with academic institutions, research organizations, and technology partners to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.

    • 4. Prototyping and Experimental Development :

  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept (PoC) models to demonstrate the practical viability of research findings.
  • Use cutting-edge tools and platforms, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker), to implement research concepts.
  • Conduct experiments to test and refine AI models, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and applicable to real-world scenario

    • 5. Data Analysis and Modelling :

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights that can inform AI model development.
  • Design and develop custom AI models that address specific research questions, leveraging advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Implement and validate AI models using rigorous scientific methodologies, ensuring accuracy and generalizability.

    • 6. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing :

  • Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, providing guidance on research methodologies, model development, and academic writing.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the AI Foundry, encouraging team members to pursue research and development.
  • Lead internal workshops and training sessions to share research findings and best practices with the broader.

    • 7. Ethics and Responsible AI :

  • Ensure that all research activities comply with ethical standards and promote responsible AI practices.
  • Address issues related to bias, fairness, transparency, and explainability in AI models, ensuring that AI solutions are trustworthy and ethical.
  • Advocate for the inclusion of ethical considerations in AI research and development

    • Education :

  • Ph.D. or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong academic background with publications in recognized AI conferences or journals.

    • Work experience :

  • 7+ years of experience in AI research, with a proven track record of contributing to significant AI advancements.
  • Extensive experience in developing AI models, conducting experiments, and publishing research in the areas of Generative AI, ML, NLP, or similar fields.
  • Hands-on experience with AI / ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience using cloud platforms for AI research.
  • Deep understanding of AI and ML algorithms, with the ability to develop new models and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on applying research to solve complex business challenges.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, with a focus on AI / ML development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external
