B2b Sales Specialist - SAAS Product
Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic SaaS Specialist to join our team and drive the success of our software-as-a-service platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our SaaS offerings, supporting customer success, and contributing to product growth strategies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer-focused mindset, and strategic thinking to maximize the value our platform delivers to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Support :
- Onboard new customers and ensure smooth implementation of our SaaS solution
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues
- Conduct product training sessions and webinars for customers
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential churn risks
- Serve as primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts
Product Optimization & Analytics :
Analyze user behavior and platform usage patterns to identify improvement opportunitiesWork with product development team to prioritize feature requests and enhancementsMonitor key SaaS metrics including MRR, churn rate, customer lifetime value, and user engagementCreate and maintain dashboards for tracking product performance and customer success metricsConduct A / B testing for new features and optimization initiativesSales & Growth Support :
Assist sales team with technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementationsDevelop technical sales materials, case studies, and implementation guidesSupport pricing strategy discussions with insights on feature usage and customer valueCollaborate with marketing team on content creation for lead generationParticipate in industry events and conferences to represent the companyTechnical Implementation :
Configure and customize the platform for enterprise clientsIntegrate our SaaS solution with customers' existing systems and workflowsTroubleshoot technical issues and work with engineering team on bug fixesMaintain documentation for platform features, APIs, and integration processesEnsure security and compliance requirements are met for enterprise customersRequired Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's / master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field3-5 years of experience in SaaS, technology, or customer success rolesProven track record of working with B2B software solutionsExperience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and customer success platformsSoft Skills :
Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesCustomer-focused mindset with empathy for user needsAbility to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering teamsAdaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environmentPreferred Qualifications :
