We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our Hydronics division, within the Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment. You would support our Adriatic and Black Sea countries European organization, with a primary focus on Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, and Slovenia. If you are passionate about marketing communications, have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams across borders, you could be our new colleague.

Start : position open from August 1st.

Location : Bucharest, Romania or Zagreb, Croatia.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following :

• In collaboration with sales and technical support, organize training sessions and webinars for partners, direct and indirect customers.
• Collaborate with local agencies to support the companies participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our brand and products.
• Collaborate closely with the sales teams to develop and implement local sales and promotional campaigns that align with our partners collaboration plans.
• Use internal generative tools to develop engaging content and materials to promote the sales promotions and company events and training sessions.
• Regularly update the company website to ensure it reflects current campaigns, product information, and other relevant content.
• Coordinate communication on specific communication channels, targeting indirect and direct customers.
• Support the definition and implementation of marketing plans, aligned with Danfoss Hydronics strategies, in coordination with the Marcom Head for the South East Region.
