Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team.

As the Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring financial stability, and driving strategic business decisions.

You will be a key member of the leadership team, providing valuable financial insights and guidance to support company growth.

Financial Planning & Analysis :

Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide insightful commentary to management.
Prepare financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Accounting & Reporting :

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
