Position Overview :
We are seeking a Admissions Tele calling Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining c and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves desk-based sales activities and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. You will also be expected to manage inbound and outbound tele calling for lead conversion, making this a key role in our admissions and sales process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective parents to promote and sell school programs.
- Understand parent and student needs and offer tailored solutions from our academic offerings.
- Explain admission procedures, curriculum, and benefits of online learning.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure conversions.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data and interaction details.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide a positive and informative experience for all prospective families.
Requirements
Requirements :
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in education or ed-tech).Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections confidently.Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferredWhat We Offer :
